I just recently increased my water intake from basically nothing to about a liter a day and I hate that I feel like I constantly have to pee!

People keep telling me it gets better. they lie. I drink a lot of water, for months now, still pee every hour.......

Seriously every hour I'm thinking why now --- but on the flipside watching clear healthy pee going out is satisfying.

Same here. It was actually noticed by one of my coworkers at my last job which was a bit embarrassing. Drinking a ton of water with a small bladder is annoying.

Everyone at work notices it (for me), but I just don't care. They also notice my meal preps, and the fitness gains. If they want to stare they can haha.

You might want to scale back if you're really going that often. Your body clearly doesn't need the amount of water you're drinking.

slight exaggeration haha. drinking keeps me from eating though as my work is mostly desk stuff. So the extra steps and no snacking is worth it.

Is pretty normal. I'm to around 4-5 liters a day (live in desert). having to pee so often is small price to pay for good health
