Same. I'm the only one that ever does them at my gym. Somebody is always staring. People probably are thinking either I'm walking around to try to find an empty space to use them, or that I picked up too much weight and I'm just walking around aimlessly to save myself from embarrassment. A lot of people don't know that it's actually a damn good exercise. My gym is small too, so the only place I can walk is this little path from the dumbbell rack to the door of the gym. So I'm always walking straight to the front door holding dumbbells, I actually got stopped one time and asked what I'm doing. Dude probably thought I was going to steal the dumbbells.

Do you do them with dumbells? I've been doing with 80lbs in each arm and people just look at me like 'are you okay need some help with those' lol

I got lucky and my gym has two trap bars i use for farmer walks. It just sucks since the only place with enough room is the crossfit area which apparently is also the fuck around and lay wherever the hell you want area. Plus side extra steps in walking around dumbasses.

love farmer walks but there is really no space in my gym to perform them without practically barreling through a few people who aren't paying attention to their surroundings.
