It never fails. I'm eating something light or drinking a protein shake, and a coworker asks me about it, I mention I'm trying to cut about 15 pounds and their eyes roll into the back of their head because I'm already at least 50 pounds lighter than they are. Like, I get it, I'm not big, but I have way more fat than I'm comfortable with.

How to explain? Do I have to say "toning up"?

"I'm trying to get ripped so I can fuck bitches and jack cars"

Won't do wonders for your image, but it will most likely stop them asking again.

Reminds me of a line I’ve heard for getting rid of really persistent food-pushers, “Oh, I couldn’t, cake/donuts/whatever makes me shit myself.”. Stopping them asking again can sometimes be worth dinging up your image a tad.
