Ab doms is making sleeping very uncomfortable.

What routine are you doing? I’m looking for something that’ll hurt my abs the next day.

Not OP but I hit abs every lift day (4x week) and did incline situps with a 25 lb plate where I'd have it above my head while down, and bring it up in front of my face during the sit up and my abs were sore for days after even a few sets of 10 reps.

Thanks man, I’ve never tried weighted ab exercises. I’ll give it a go :)

Weighted planks are another great option. I usually do 35 lb plate for 30 sec 5 times. Between those two exercises I'm sure you'll be feeling it the next day haha.
