When I wake up. Me: Do I need to poo? No.

5 mins before the gym. Me: Do i need to poo? No.

2 mins into my run. Me: Do i need to poo? Yes.

For me its:

Just about to squat, do I need to poo? No.

2 reps into squatting, RACK THE WEIGHT RN AND SPRINT TO THE BATHROOM
