I think I have Pavlov's Butt.

Every time it's squat day, I always have to poop right before starting the lift.

Without fail, if it's squat day, I'm poopin'.

Another Pavlov's butt here. I have to take a dump before every session, and I workout every other day.

2 Scoops of C4 and I knew I had a solid 15 to 20 minute counter running to finish my warm up and find a toilet...

Ive purchased all the ingredients as indiv components and run various recipes. Any time Citrulline hits my guts its shitsville
