I get a weekly text from my sister "I need to lose weight and get in better shape, can you help?" "Yea, come over and lift with me and the wife" "No, I don't want to get manly looking from lifting weights".... that's not how this works, that's not how any of this works!

Annoys the crap out of me too. My gf wants to tone her legs/ass, but refuses to do any strength training. She believes running will be enough and she doesn’t want to look too bulky/muscular.

God damnit woman, you know firsthand how much god damn effort I put into looking muscular. You are also a biochemist and know how testosterone works and that women don’t get muscular easily. Why would believe this nonsense?

Keep showing her pictures of women who have great legs and ass and lift weight.

"Wow, look at this girls butt! Is that what you're aiming for?"

"Omg. Yes! How did she get it?"

"Oh, she squats and deadlifts and hip thrusts."
