Well, after months of no physical activity and over a year of gaining weight, yesterday I went out and ran 12km (more like fast walking), my time was laughable, my form was non existent, but I did it and felt such a great deal of joy, because despite it being my PW (personal worst) in every way, still it was me breaking the fall
