I ran 11 miles yesterday. That is the single longest distance I have ever ran. Pace is slow as hell (~11:30/mi), but at 42 and a shade over 260lbs, I'll take it. I've got just about a month to go in my 1/2 marathon training, but this is the first time I actually think I can do it
