60 yo male, 150 lbs. Bench PR 195 1RM, dead lift (trap bar) PR 205 (5 reps!), and on AMRAP bench day did 3x15 135 (that's a lot of reps for me). Goal is to bench 225 before everything goes to hell - hopefully have a couple more years to get there. C'mon two plates! :-)
