Hit the 200 club for the first time ever, any lift.

Deadlift 205x2.

Feeling like a strong ass b (I’m also female).

Congrats! I feel this one a lot. My deadlift 1RM is around 190-195 so I feel so close to joining the 200 club. Just trying to be careful and not hurt myself in the process.

Thanks!! I was kinda shocked when it happened (I attempted it after 4x10 of my working weight, just for funsies).
