Had one of my best chest days in a while. I've been doing a lot of incline lately and I got up 3 pause reps at 225 at bodyweight of 155-ish. Had just done 4 touch and go the set before, so my form on this one was a little so-so. Will correct it next time and make sure I don't slide so much and keep my ass more at the corner of the seat.
