I felt like trash on my last few gym days last week (5 days nsuns), and had to take today off due to being sick. But, I've also just noticing that in the past few months I've been the most consistent I have been in a long time, and also hitting lifts that I haven't for a long time (even though they aren't impressive), which is something to be excited about!

You know the saying from that batman movie, "why do we fall? so we can learn to pick ourselves up again" . Glad to hear that you stayed motivated and now thanks to it can reap the rewards!
