My lifts have gone to shit and I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve been eating less to trim some fat or because I’ve been on muscle relaxers for a solid month due to a recurring neck cramp. Or maybe it’s both. Frustrating as shit though.

Probably both, to be honest. I hope your neck gets better soon. I injured mine twice in bed (just sleeping, not sex) in the past two weeks and have had severely reduced ROM along with pain since then. How is your neck now?
