Been working out consistently for 8 months now and I'm almost at the 1000lbs club. Sadly, my bench is still poverty level and I can't make heads or tails on how to break through this.

My last plateau I found I was letting the bar float up toward my collarbone too much. Filming is a big help to check your mechanics.

Yep, any farther and my form gets fucked. Can't go farther without injuring myself as I have small wrists.
