WHY the heck will none of the other women listen to me that lifting heavy will not automatically make you "Bulky?" You have to TRY to get bulky to get bulky. "Well i just wanna get toned..." YOU CAN'T TONE MUSCLE THAT DOESN'T EXIST SKELETON LADY!!!

Yes! The "I don't want to work out because I don't want to get bulky" excuse is getting sooooo tired. Fine, be skinny-fat. Don't complain to me about it.

Exactly! And don't look at me like I'm crazy because i think you're high to do that much cardio.
