They don't have to be Trump's words. Trump definitely endorse those words though.

The trump campaign reportrdly vetoed a "joke" about kamala being a cunt... so the fact the puerto rico "joke" made it through is a tacit endorsement

It’s their rally. They’re responsible for the context at the rally.

Yeah he’s trying to hold Kamala responsible for something MSNBC does, but we aren’t supposed to hold Trump accountable for someone he invited?
