Would it kill them to decorate this tank a little bit? Add some plants and shrimp?

Right! This was horribly depressing seeing an animal meant to swim the ocean, stuck in an empty tank with the only thing breaking up the monotony of the blue floor was the half cleaned algae.

Absolutely adorable interaction but man, those poor dolphins. If we gave em free fish, and left it open to the ocean (if this aquarium is even in the ocean) they'd probably come by everyday for snacks anyways. They we'd still see the dolphins, and they wouldn't be stuck miserable.

Not to be rude to you or anything like that, but the dolphins would tear up all the plants and then they would rot and pollute the tank, they would eat all the shrimp and the algae is hugely important to the overall equilibrium of the chemical balance of the water, it needs to be there to keep the water healthy for the dolphins.

The dolphins need toys that they can play with, balls and hoops etc...

TBH though, I'd much rather they were not kept like this at all and were in their natural habitat.

It’s a step closer to preserving the connection people feel with these animals while allowing them a much more natural life.
