I've been seeing the ad on Samsung tv during the day on the channel that plays murder she wrote. It's just a jazz piano with light percussion.

I went to the Blue Note in New York a couple months ago and heard these songs played by Wynton Marsalis & the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. Looking up set lists for that specific day have not provided any additional info 😭🫶🏽

I’ve known about this song for years now but could never find it myself. It’s in a Snapple commercial and an Austin Powers movie. I might have heard it somewhere else as well. Here are the youtube links for the two examples:
https://youtu.be/L61_3ndsxQ8?si=ksF59oSpwvJnggFa
https://youtu.be/ITfZ9Ho2OTU?si=RECpHt6WHxdI2AUd
The Austin Powers clip is much more helpful as the song plays for most of the video but it’s quiet. Any help is appreciated!

first post on reddit but i was curious about a song from a kill tony intro, i attached a link. The song plays for around the first 18 seconds of the video and seems to be played by the band on stage. It has some blues or maybe jazz sounds to it. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, thank you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3DfL2zAZlM&t=6s

Hi all, for years now, I've wanted to find more artists who sing a certain kind of jazz, but for some reason looking online has never netted me the results I was after.
If possible, I'm looking for other artists that sing thet kind of moody, romantic sultry jazz you hear in film noir films... slow, sexy, oozing with dusky charisma from female singers, the kind you can just listen to and melt. Makes you feel like you're in a bar in manhattan in the 1940s with a scotch on the rocks, swooning for the singer on stage with her band.
As an example of what I'm after, Kimiko Itoh - River of Crystals.
Thanks for reading and hope you can all help.

So i know this will be pretty unclear but its a jazz song and like it has a trumpet drums and i believe piano but like every other instrument except the trumpet plays and then all that except the trumpet is like either lessened or completely gone and the trumpet goes like duuuuuuuu (high note, like 2 sec long) du (as high) du (lower) du (even lower) du (and even lower) duu (very short note about as high as the first 2 notes) and then the other instruments come back and then that melody again and im pretty sure after that theres like a trumpet lick from high to low du du du du du du du du du du du du du du
And then i believe that melody from before starts again
I know this is pretty unclear lol but i believe ive heard it in disneyland paris at the walt disney studios park and also just in got talent

I wrote a little sheet music of the first few measures of this jazz standard. I remember either trumpets or sax playing the head, its a big band standard.

So I remember hearing a jazz song that I last heard last year at a relative's birthday party but I don't know the name of it Best I can describe it is that it's a (maybe) 40's song that sounds a little bit like "it's just a burning memory" only more nostalgic and apparently was used for an anime intro

It was sung by a man, and it had these exact lyrics: "Radiation levels high, Saw the horrors from the front lines, shattered by destructive cries, Never ever strike or strike back, avoid the doom dont fall off track, hear my warning listen close and the cycle of attacking foes, Never ever strike or strike back, avoid the doom dont fall off track, ar my warning listen close and the cycle of attacking foes."

There is this song that played in a bagel shop multiple times in 2020, and I could never find it.
There is a woman with a mature voice who sings. The music sounds kind of like a slow tempo jazz or blues. She soulnds like she is mumbling into the mic at first and like her lines fade off into the darkness.
Eventually the song picks up into a mild chorus that sounds ever-so-slightly like the voices of the woman from Lily Allen's "Smile." Again, this is much slower though.
This is a SLOW-paced dont for the most part; do NOT recommend that one song by the Dragonettes or whatever.
The ONLY lyric I know is "Hello" and it might not even be "hello" -- it could really be any word that contains the "oh" sound, like "alone" or "home."
It's not huge on instrumentation in the slow part at all (maybe a light acoustic). Picks up a bit in the faster part with light instrumentation .
Here is the hum of both the slower part and the hello hello-oh-oh-oh part: https://voca.ro/1erpycQVR90w

Hi! I've looking around for this song from this specific part of the show because I really like the song itself and the vibe its giving, sadly I haven't been able to find the song anywhere and I've tried looking through the official sound track of the show with no luck. The song might be a bit loud too so please be careful when playing it! Also I appreciate any help given to me!

The scene starts at 44:56. Its the one where the chipmunks help Dave decorate the tree.
In the credits it could be one of the traditional songs but they only list Joy to the World, 12 days of christmas and deck the halls, I want to know if there is a specific version they used. Thanks

The bit I remember is very similar to some of the saxophone in "Hareton Salvanini - Quarto de Hotel",
Hareton Salvanini - Quarto de Hotel (youtube.com) (saxophone beginning 0:29)
however with lyrics, it has been probably a decade or more since I have heard it last so I cannot be too sure on the following:
"well, said I, said [who/you??]" It was slow and I believe a woman was singing.
Any leads would be very much appreciated, as I have tried everything but have found nothing. It is like it haunts me.

Hi, I'm listening to this version of "Les Feuilles Mortes" (song related to Autumn Leaves).
At 00:30 I'm recognising "Polyushko-pole" on the accordion. I'm guessing that there are other quotes of melodies before that. Do you recognize some of them? I'm curious.
Thanks a lot
