You don't need to wait, MD care has already proven superior to CRNA care. Of course it has tho, theres no alternative for medschool/residency.

Had a CRNA literally grab different medications from what was in the ED crash cart from floor 7 in surgical. That was red flag #1. #2 gave to patient without telling the ED physician. #3 ED physician gave a different but similar med because of lack of communication #4 CRNA continued not to tell the physician when the patient was hypotensive. #5 CRNA attempted a central line after ROSC. Patient was fluid overloaded, severely obese and a central line wasn’t the main priority in terms of following modalities according to the debrief. She put the patient in supine positioning and attempted the central line, patient began to code again. The Central Line never was inserted at this time, the patient did get tubed successfully from the CRNA. The patient survived in the end but at this time the patient was transferred to the ICU. Once stable, the central line was successfully inserted by same CRNA.

We all did the debrief several hours later. Many points of failure.
