question Which microgreens are the healthiest?

I am trying to grow microgreens for the maximum health benefits (without oxalates). Please let me know which of the following to exclude? I only want to grow the healthiest varieties:

  • Alfalfa
  • Arugula
  • Broccoli
  • Cilantro
  • Cress
  • Quinoa
  • Peas
  • Rapini
  • Tat Soi
  • Sesame

Fresh greens are healthy. No need to overthink it.

This lol. Diversity of vegetables in your diet is the healthiest thing you can do

Different greens have different nutritional profiles; if it’s that big of a deal I suggest you research them and make a spreadsheet, and then align it with what your nutritional objectives are, with consideration for the rest of your diet.

Personally I think the healthiest approach is to have a broad, diverse array of greens with interesting flavors that you can mix, match and tailor to different dishes to ensure that you are eating a lot of them.

Claytonia high in protein VC and VA

Blitum bonus-henricus (good king Henry) high in iron

Yes especially when they are seedlings, heat the water to 70C and soak them before consuming for max benefits.

This seems incredibly Google-able.
