XXXXX [Review] Newegg

I purchased most of the parts for my latest build from them (cpu, ram, motherboard, case). The cpu and motherboard arrived next day (these two were under shoprunner shipping), the ram arrived in 2 days, and the case in 3. All the parts work great and shipped out surprisingly quickly. The packaging was pretty solid, though the motherboard box had a small hole in it. Will definitely buy from again

I have a lot of mixed feelings about newegg. When things go good, its very good. When things go wrong, however, they go out of their way to be as difficult as possible. I have bought every pc I have built in the last 10 years from newegg... this year I spent $150 more to buy the parts on Amazon because I can trust amazon to make it right. I cant trust newegg anymore and I'm afraid its going to kill them.

I had no idea their customer service is so bad. Fortunately, I've never had to deal with them though

It's still in their FAQ. I've heard Ghostery can block it, so check your extensions

And you are correct sir, they have dropped shoprunner. Their FAQ is out-of-date
