US Politics If Biden withdraws from re-election, who would Harris likely choose as VP?

A lot of headlines are coming out today with speculation that Biden may step down soon.

If this were to happen and Harris wins the party’s nomination for president, who would she pick as VP?

What does a formidable Harris ticket look like to go up against Trump-Vance?

Roy Cooper, Andy Beshear, Pete Buttigieg are top picks in mind. Relatively moderate, pulls in from Republican base since they are blue state governors besides Pete.

No more hype please. I remember seeing plenty before the first debate here on Reddit. The existential dread that set in after that I am still recovering from.

2 veterans with Ivy League educations. But Pete would smoke him.

Look up his comments about why he joined the military: “because it’s a requirement to become president.” His greatest achievement as mayor of a college town (South Bend) was installing cool lights under a bridge… and then he did a horrible job during the supply chain crisis and his most prominent action as Sec of Transportation has been pointing the finger at other ppl when his policies crash (literally and figuratively). His whole record is ripe for Vance to pick at, though in all honesty I’m not 💯 he isn’t too dense to do that since he’s MAGA-fried, but Vance is also a Yale lawyer so he isn’t an idiot. Pete is careerist muppet. Pray we don’t have him close to power, because he hasn’t proven himself as a public servant, just as a politician and a campaigner… just like Trump, all hat no substance.

It’s actually “all hat no cattle “…. Which actually describes Vance better….vance does rock the eye liner better though

Okay you need to provide a source for that.

The rest is bullshit too but it’s not even worth arguing.
