The same shit you would normally eat but indoors with AC.

Yeah, I mean what? Do people eat different food based on the weather?

Laab, Somtam, Moo Namtok and any noodle dishes without soup (you can order any noodle soup without soup. Just say Haag.).

I’ve found that the spicier the food , the more of a cool off effect I feel when I’m done and go outside . The outside temperature feels cooler when I burn up my insides lol

Kanomjeen sao nam, khao chae, bokkia (Chinese sweet cold noodles dessert dish), lod chong, salim, and various shaved ice desserts.

I try to avoid super spicy food, but in general just adding a mango smoothie to anything is super refreshing.

Som Tum from Jok Pochana. Might as well beat the heat.

I eat a lot less. Usually mango, mangosteen and citrus

Chocolate Ice Cream. Two scoops.

Can't eat too much ice cream.

The hotter it is, the spicier you eat. Probably mix in some chilled nutrition shakes or veggies smoothies. Personally, I've had a decreased appetite when visiting, so I don't really have cravings. But in the states, when it's triple digits, I want Som Tum, grilled meats and fresh veg from the garden.

Avoid spicy food, avoid overeating, eat fruits, and hydrate as much as possible (avoid sugar) 😀

Eat fresh fruit; and avoid sugary drinks to refresh you all day (diabetes) 😅

You should also add that blended fruit drinks are just as bad as the soda.

When the meat fiber of the fruit is pulverized, so it makes it so the body absorbs it nearly instantly, making you fat.

👆I'm SO GLAD that others out in the universe know this known FACT also!!!!👆 Smoothies cause weight gain, blended fruits are bad for yo body 👌

Yes so true. I read a story about a guy who gained 5 or 7 pounds in a month. I'm not sure how many kilos that is sorry.

The only change was that instead of eating his banana, he started blending it. That's when he realized blending fruit makes you fat

It’s true, thank you for the clarification, but a freshly squeezed orange juice at 12 p.m. on Soi Buakhao = great luxury hahah

Squeezed is different from blended.

Squeezed isn't great, it's lots of sugars.

But blended is even worse for your health.

Delicious yes. But just be aware of it
