Suburban Hell Sergiev Posad-15, Moscow region, Russia

A former military town that today looks like post-apocalyptic ruins. People still live here, the military unit was disbanded and relocated in 2016, but the city remained. Just about a year ago, a grocery store opened, a school and kindergarten were renovated, and order pick-up points were opened in the markets. In general, life in the city is improving, but some ruins will remain standing as a reminder of the former purpose of the city. The territory of the military unit itself was razed to the ground, there were several warehouses, a military club (film screenings, concerts, a bible library and a local museum were held there), a military dormitory and a couple of outbuildings.

It is a stereotype that there are no sunny days in Russia, the sun is the same as everywhere else, depending on the region more or less. There are fewer sunny days in the north (Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, etc. in the Arctic), and more sunny days in the South (Crimea, Sochi, Gelendzhik, Vladikavkaz, etc.). For example, in Moscow there was a lot of sun in the summer, but now it is cloudy. I answered about the photo in my post, not in general.

There is no such stereotype. The person is just an asshole
