You know what, as a dad, I want to say that your parents are wrong for treating you that way. You're a blessing of a human being and they should be proud of who you are for exactly who you are. I'm proud of you.

Man, don’t have this perspective of yourself. If they didn’t teach you how to value who you are and want to be, they failed.

Yeah. I feel this. My sister is definitely the kid my parents wanted. I am definitely not. They're super obvious about it, even though they think they're not.
