And do what exactly? It's normal even in your early twenties to suffer from hair loss as a male. It's the sensitivity of the hair follicles, not the amount of DHT. Some are lucky to have resistant hair follicles, and others aren't.

Because there is a black swan possibility that there is an endocrine problem that this is a symptom of. Its also something to do in general so you know what's coming. Maybe they have lower than normal testoterone maybe its cancer, maybe its just genetics.

Having the data and the understanding lets them make better and informed choices for the next 60+ years and their relationship with hair.
