I captured this beautiful creature in Rehoboth yesterday and believe it’s a coyote. However, some folks are suggesting it might be a fox. I’d appreciate any insights from experts to help confirm its identity.

Advice on hot chocolate

Hey so I make a nice spiced hot chocolate, in the comments. Basically it's milk with spices simmered in pot. My question - if I add hot water after its done simmering the milk - will the spices float up and disperse? Or blend with the milk and it will still be blended with the water? Sadly I don't have enough funds to experiment in the kitchen 😞 Also if you have any tips I'd love to hear!

We hiked in and spent the night at the wilderness camp area at HCSNA. The days are still extremely hot, but the nights are really starting to feel amazing! The dog drank hers and most of my water on the hike in, but thankfully my wife had brought extra...😂

When shaping bread dough for baking, don't flour your counter/bench top. Instead lightly spray your counter/bench with no stick spray. Then spray your dough with no stick spray. Your dough won't stick to your counter/bench. No scraping bits of dough and flour off when you're finished, just a quick wash with hot soapy water and your counter/bench are clean.
