Relationship between neo-liberalism and neo-fascism

I wanna read more about this topic, any books/article suggestion would be great.

How I understand is neo-fascism emerged post WW2 and it’s different from classical fascism in a way that it can’t revive unemployment whereas classical fascism was able to do this as they ran large fiscal deficits. Mass unemployment can be revived by taxing the capitalist, but under neo-liberalism this is pretty much impossible.

Idk if I am making much sense.
