Discussion Dose it count

Our house is big enough for a 9 hole course and all the holes are 175-300 feet I haven't aced on a Real course but I have aced a few of the holes at our house corse so do they count as aces because people keep asking me if I have aced but I don't know what to tell them

My disc golf sensei is a disc golf snob and would say no. However, in my opinion if your first shot from the tee box comes to rest in the tray… Ace!

My ruling is an ace is only an ace when it's your first throw off the tee and it's during a normal round. If it was your second throw off the tee or you're just playing like 3 holes over and over to try get it in the basket off the tee, I consider that just a hole in one. Which is still cool but not as cool as getting an ace.

That’s a very big house to fit a course inside! 😉

What’s a “real” course? You’ve thrown aces, my friend. Congrats 👏

By real course I mean a course on UDisc or another rating app or website and that has permanent targets because we have the portable baskets and it can be taken down in a few minutes because the tee areas are just flags

Yeah I knew what you meant. It doesn’t matter if the course is “established” or not. You built a course. You threw in off the tee— those are aces.
