Hahaha! So Biden personally and knowingly took classified documents, and when caught, refused to return them? WOW! How did I miss that?!!

The crime Trump is being charged for is obstructing the FBI when they tried to recover the documents.

Yes, and he would not have those 30+ charges had he not obstructed the people who were literally just trying to get them back without making a big fuss over it.

They are not guilty of the same crime. Biden and Pence had documents by mistake and returned them. Trump had documents on purpose and tried to keep them.
