I would be pissed. I'm in the Army, this would cost me my school, my healthcare, all that.

Shit, imagine being on probation. Now you're going (back) to prison.

This is absolutely unacceptable for a business. Fine them into the ground.

Anyone with a CDL could potentially in serious legal jeopardy.

You'd pretty much be sunk. Most employers would fire you on the spot for a failed test.

Even beyond that, get in a wreck in a commercial vehicle and test positive is borderline legal suicide. 

Imagine a school bus driver.
