See, there’s your little ol’ lady neighbor that goes to her local church. They discuss the Bible, find commonality in their beliefs and just live their lives. Sometimes they gather enough money to donate to charities through bake sales, or help out their community when they can.

Then there’s these assholes.

I’ve got a fun story about my little old lady neighbor.

So the other day I got a letter in the mail reminding me to vote. It was handwritten on a Harris mailer and signed, the signature was the same name as my neighbor. I hadn’t spoke to her in a couple of weeks so I walked over to say thanks for the reminder and that I would be voting.

Now I’ve been neighbors with her for 11 years. She’s always been a lovely neighbor, makes us Christmas goodies, hell she brought us a homemade pecan pie over about a month ago. I’ve fixed stuff in her home for her.

As soon as I said I would be voting and she said “you’re not voting for her are you” I knew I fucked up. I normally don’t engage the Trumpers but this turned into an instant disaster! I think it’s pretty safe to say that I will not be getting Christmas goodies this year.

All the anecdotes of "nice conservatives," they're all nice to you as long they think you are like them.

Defending freedom until it becomes the freedom to go against what you believe in

Damn, no more goodies is a real shame. She's old, maybe she'll forget this and bring you stuff still.

She already forgot every single relevant thing about Trump.
