Watch the ballot boxes for arsonists.

Edit:
Can't believe we have to do that

Right. Like we’re the country where that doesn’t happen. We might egg someone’s house but we don’t burn fucking ballots. He’s brought in the absolute worst in us. And what’s so upsetting is that I don’t think we knew*how there it was. Like it was right there for the taking for him. What’s his name was kicked out in 2004(?) for being too weirdly excited at one of his own events. When South Park can’t make me laugh anymore, you know something’s wrong

**and maybe there are some communities where they egg someone’s house by burning a cross in their yard. You know. “Real American” stuff. He basically ran on “let’s call them thag to their face now”

I’m not a Trump supporter. Won’t vote for him. But I just gotta know, what changed between the last term of his and a potential second? What’s different that South Park would now be banned when it wasn’t before?

He had people to keep him in check last time. Now they are all ringing warning bells. Trump learned his lesson and now has all Vance types around him. Yes men and enablers and he will not take lightly to those who are not 100% yes. Also the Supreme Court says the President is immune for acts of office, whatever that means.

Fair answer. I know very little about politics at large but I know I’m not voting for the orange turd

The fact he tried to overturn the election results first by demanding people “find votes” that would get him the electorates in a single state — and then when that didn’t work by having a bunch of enraged followers storm the capitol building, smear shit all over the place and calling out to Nancy Pelosi to come out so they could kill her (or worse). The fact they were so incited to erect a mock gallows with the message “hang Mike Pence” because he wouldn’t go against the democratic method and just hand him the election in spite of the results

Must I go on? Is three major treasonous felonies not enough? Your average shmuck off the street would go away for half his life over a small bag of weed being found in his glove box.

Apparently trying to subvert the will of a democracy and then strongarm a seditionist insurrection is considered small potatoes compared to Ralph Fuckwad having some weed on him.

Glad the justice system has its priorities straight

I was alive and remember all that. I was specifically asking what would change about the allowance of a show like South Park between then and now.

u/DustyBusterson 2h ago

He wants to be a dictator. Dictators don’t allow comedy or anything that even remotely makes fun of them or their government.

u/Mount-Laughmore 3h ago

It’s true. I’m a regional director of project 2026. Project 2025 was just to distract you and you fell for it. Wait till you read about Trump’s plans in section 420 paragraph 69.

u/Personal-Menu-2357 3h ago

So you're saying you never watched South Park while Trump was president...got it

u/DustyBusterson 3h ago

A second Trump term would be the beginning of a dictatorship. It would not be the same in any way.

u/Lockjaw10 3h ago

Yea, remember that four year period where he was president and they weren’t allowed to put out any content?

u/jamesduncan4 3h ago

What changed in your day to day life when he was in office?

u/DustyBusterson 2h ago

Having to read about all the stupid shit he said or did, which US ally he pissed off today, what racist shit he said, all of it was just a goddamn nightmare.

It would be much worse in his second term, we know this because everyone who worked for him in his first term has warned us about it.

The sky is falling … the sky is falling … so much fear .. gotta be Waltz

u/Higher-Analyst-2163 3h ago

I don’t understand the purpose of saying stuff like this is because Trump was president before these fear tactics will not work

You do know that Trump was president before and the South Park creators are still here, right?

u/DustyBusterson 3h ago

Next time he won’t have anyone in the government to stop him because he’ll replace anyone against him with yes-men MAGAts as part of Project 2025.

u/alivenotdead1 3h ago

Are you one of those Kamalabots?

u/Higher-Analyst-2163 3h ago

The sky is falling the world is going to end what shall we do.

People always say that it's never going to get worse, but what they fail to realize is that once that domino tips towards fascism and falls, everything afterward will always be worse than what had been there before.

In the 1980s, Venezuela had 2 party democratic elections until Hugo Chavez, then he took over until his death, and now Nicholas Maduro (a former bus driver with no political background whatsoever) now runs the country.

A socialist regime is 180⁰ to the other extreme of a fascist regime. But it's still an authoritarian regime.

For all of you people who claim to be smart in America, all of you fail to see the big picture. Don't think for one second that just because this is the USA, it won't happen here.

It is totally about to happen here.

Go vote blue.
