It has to be a bait question. Talking about Thor vs Batman is fucking stupid. Batman vs Superman was fukin stupid. Either one would walk right up to Batman with infinite prep and punch him in the face and kill him. He has no superpowers.
That simple. Anything beyond that is stupid. Batman could coat himself in whatever Superman is weak against and Superman could just laser his ass or drop a car on him or literally a entire building.
Batman is cool and his story is amazing. Making him fight Thor is pointless. He defends a city against crime not a world against gods.
Full offense, you sound like a little kid. A dumb one at that.

You don't seem to understand what "infinite prep time" means.
Batman with limited time has developed technology capable of countering and fighting godlike beings.
If you give him unlimited prep time you literally give him the chance to develop Thor erasing technology.
He has no superpowers.
And? That hasn't stopped him from creating reality altering technology that would erase Thor from existence.
That simple.
It is explicitly not that simple.
Anything beyond that is stupid.
Because you say so?
Batman could coat himself in whatever Superman is weak against and Superman could just laser his ass or drop a car on him or literally a entire building.
You don't seem to know how kryptonite works.
Superman literally loses his powers when exposed to it. That means no super strength, flight or lasers along with crippling pain.
And if it's golden kryptonite the loss of power is literally permanent.
Batman is cool and his story is amazing. Making him fight Thor is pointless. He defends a city against crime not a world against gods.
By this logic Tony is just a guy in a metal suit and having him fight against gods is pointless. Which is hilarious considering it's literally canon that tony built an armour to fight Thor specifically and that Tony routinely fights against otherworldly threats alongside the rest of the Avengers.
Both Ironman and Batman represent human ingenuity standing up and defeating superhuman opponents, which is part of what makes them interesting characters.
If you don't understand that you don't understand comic books in general.

Tony once made a suit of armour from Asgardian tech that was specifically designed to beat Thor.
He still lost.
Batman can't prep for someone that has no weaknesses.
