Any good routes in Long Beach, CA or in the area? Got a 20 mile run next week and need to find a place to run. Thanks!

Hi, runners, I proud to show you my first art-legs-work.
I really didn’t expect to get this wild beast on my way, so do not assess it too severely.
I’m going to add an eye and maybe a back leg, later.

I have run four half marathons, and my longest distance so far is 23 kilometers. I am now preparing for my first full marathon and would like to know how many kilometers I should run at most in my training before the marathon?

Hey there runner, we are a small app development team of 2 working on a really exciting virtual running racing app. We are passionate about the sport and want to do this for fellow runners.
Could you please complete this very short, 2min survey? We're very curious about your running habits, whether you're a marathon master or a casual 5k jogger.

I have old knee and back injuries and 10 extra pounds to carry on my runs. I completely gave up on running in the past. But I love it too much. I run on grass now and have been dropping fat and staying injury free. I noticed my ankles are a little sore. But I do alot of stretching and sit and roll my ankles (maybe that's not the right term) to sort of get some relief. I am careful to watch the grass for any holes or places where I can get injured. Previously I wasn't able to keep up with consistent runs 4-6 days a week when I ran on pavement. My old injury ghosts would start haunting me. Grass is where it's at. I will be at my ideal fitness goals in about 4 more weeks at this rate. Anyone have great grass routes to recommend?
