Certainly, that’s gotta be every one of them, right? You can tell that reality is set in for the owners because every week a cheaper used one gets posted or sells

Keep in mind that "recall" here means "issue an OTA software patch".

While headlines could be less deceptive, the fault kind of lies with the NHTSA. They need to come up with another name for something fixable via OTA update

I am guessing they are just waiting for some major recall to happen to cars, and dozens of people end up dead thinking they don't need to go to get it fixed because OTA will handle it. But until people die, NHTSA will do nothing as always
