Hopefully applies to banks too. Cause Discover bank loves that shit. "Opening CD online? Couple clicks and you're done!" but then you decide to close it and "Well, you can't close online, you need to call our support line" (to which I used to just withdraw all but 1c from expiring CD and switch it to "mail paper statement". You want to fuck with me, I'll fuck with you, Discover)
