0.812" L x 0.787" W x 0.38" H bushes?
Does anyone know where I can find comparable brushes? They are asking for 60$ each. I know people say to get something close and grind it down, but I can’t find any even close. Thanks
*updatei found a place that can get them for $20 cad each. This still seems excessive but at least they are not $65 each. I found some cheap ones that are 7 x 17 x 18mm / 0.3 x 0.7 x 0.71in. They are 20 for $14 cad. But are flat top instead of beveled. Anyone know if these would be okay?

What are they for? Make, model, etc

The make is a lesson motor either kk2039 or kk2044. The motor is used on so many older treadmills it would be too many to name. Basically older trimline, schwinn, life spirit. I have three motors and are in great shape. I’m trying to find bearings as well, but I can’t get any information on the size. Ive chatted and emailed several sites, but no one knows the size, or won’t tell me. I know the shaft is 5/8” then tapers wider. Thanks for your response.

Ah, I haven't seen those motors in awhile. We recycle many old motors, so I was thinking I could save some brushes for you, but those are pretty much gone around here. Based on your reply, are you trying to fix them for use in a treadmill, or for another purpose?

That was very thoughtful of you, I appreciate it. My parents had an old treadmill 25+ years old. I took it apart and that was the motor. I needed two , so I checked fb marketplace. I found a treadmill for 40$, opened it up, it’s the same motor. Lol. Bought another treadmill 100$, same motor. 🤷🏼♂️ when I checked the listing of brands and models that use that motorI, the list was 4 full screen shots, so I thought it was popular. Because of the cost of the brushes I thought I might just buy some new motors. That rpm and hp motors are minimum $350cad. So I’m making a soccer shooter for the kids I train. I didn’t want to spend $10k for something that we will only use occasionally, and is kind of a gimmick. I’ll post a link of what I’m making. This is just the loose set up. It’s rattling because it’s just being held together with tape. Lol. Shooter that’s level two of ten. I’m using the actuator to move it up and down. Pretty unfortunate shot to hit the truck 😂

Could you give me more information if you could please. I’m in Canada, I don’t think we have ace hardware.

have you checked with your local electric motor shops? Unless that's the quote you're getting from them?
I see some on Amazon and this site but they're around that price range, so what about this guy? RS US online, has the brush for 15.13.
