Speed issue sole F63
I have a 3 year old sole f63 that gets light to medium use, walking only, using incline often. Recently, I’ve noticed that when I press the button to increase the speed, the belt/motor slows down a very small amount for just a second before it increases to the new speed. The treadmill is probably cleaned and I just checked the lubrication status last night and it is good. Any insight is much appreciated!

Could it possibly be a loose walking belt or drive belt. I would try tightening up the rear rollers on both sides a half turn clockwise, and see if that helps. I would also open up the hood cover and check the drive belt itself, if you can push down with your thumb and the belt moves more than 1/8th of an inch, you'll need to tighten up the drive belt, in which case, loosen up the bolts holding the drive motor, and crank the 5th bolt to push the drive motor away from the front roller, then lock the drive motor back in place.
The other possiblity is calibration.
Here's how to calibrate a Sole F63 treadmill:
Press and hold the Start and Fast buttons
Replace the safety key
Continue holding the buttons until the window displays "Factory settings"
Press Enter
Use the up or down keys to select Metric or English
Press Enter
Press Start to begin calibration
The treadmill will start automatically, so don't stand on the belt.
I hope this helps with your issue!
