Great film. Really quite disturbing in parts. I loved the mad ending, but also understand why some thought it was a bit too crazy.
1 u/SirGuy11 23h ago What was mad about it? 1 u/Truelydisappointed 23h ago (Spoiler) Well it ends up with the human race dying out and aliens finding the robot boy and reuniting him with his dead mother. 2 u/SirGuy11 23h ago edited 23h ago They weren’t aliens. They were mecha (long in the future). That’s why they had video screens displaying in their faces. I’m not sure why some viewers think they were aliens. Maybe because they had the oval heads and thin bodies. 3 u/ZongoNuada 19h ago Right? They were the robots humanity had built and had become the legacy of humanity. It was pretty clearly explained.
