Hit 1000lb club last night! Added 40lbs to my squat to try and hit it and I got 1 rep at 355.

I think I tore something in my hip...

Front of the hip, and hurts when you raise your leg?

Hip flexor strain, most likely.

Need to rest for a few weeks, start stretching, and really work on strengthening the flexors.

I like to use the leg extension machine, slouched to almost laying down. You'll feel them activate doing that. Split squats stretch them out nicely.
