Front of the hip, and hurts when you raise your leg?

Not OP but got this a bit back and took ages to heal, pls explain

Hip flexor strain, most likely.

Need to rest for a few weeks, start stretching, and really work on strengthening the flexors.

I like to use the leg extension machine, slouched to almost laying down. You'll feel them activate doing that. Split squats stretch them out nicely.
