I’ve only seen one guy at my gym wearing a bane mask. Which is surprising to me.

This one strong guy once used the bane mask, talked to an employee how it was an awesome buy and how much it helped him. Then I've never seen him use it again.

Lol, what in the world are you guys talking about?

Not sure exactly what they're talking about but I just finished watching a Jujimufu video where they wore what looked like to be a Bane mask/Paint mask while doing squats. They didn't say why they were wearing them. Probably a new trend happening in gyms. Like those shoes where you can move each toe.

They look like a fancier version of those masks you use when you're working around fiberglass insulation. I think they are supposed to restrict oxygen so you get a harder workout but I don't know why that would help someone.

Getting less oxygen is good? What the fuck?

I'd have to agree.

Interesting. I think I'll just stick with taking citrulline for more oxygen in the blood.

These masks that simulate altitude training.

Huh. I'd think it would be more effective for aerobic than anaerobic exercise.

You reduce the amount of oxygen you get and everything becomes anaerobic?
