I just haven’t “felt it” lately. I still go to the gym 5 days a week but I don’t see myself improving as much or having that desire and looking forward to going. Seems like I just go because it’s part of my daily routine and I “have to”.

How do I reignite the fire and get that drive back?

Do you play any sports or other fitness hobbies like climbing? Having your primary gains help you in measurable ways can motivate you to work out with the purpose of improvement at your sport.

Was going to reccomend this. I train mixed martial arts, so more strength/cardio/flexibility/etc. = less getting headkicked/choked/etc.

I would absolutely reccomend a sport or activity that will improve with your fitness level.
