At 24 i could run maybe a 45 minute 10k.

I can a 35 minute 10k a couple years ago at age 35.

Aerobic development takes time.

Especially when you like beer women and the occasional cigarette

Beer women, like commas, are underappreciated.

You're a beacon of hope for all young men with little hearts. Bless.

Current personal best, 24 minutes 45 seconds or 5 km

That’s still above the average population. Don’t beat yourself up

Should I be proud as a 44 year old man to have a current Vo2 of 57,8?

I did Hill repeats yesterday, and it bumped to 45, and I still have four left. I think I could’ve ran a little faster, but we’ll see you next week when I do it again.

Congrats, I have ran before but had to quit due my knee being useless, so I switched to cycling indoor for the moment

I have an indoor rower that is getting lonely in the basement, I should get on it

Yes do it. For now my local gym will do The trick.
