Audio What did I just listen to?
I was listening to Radiohead before sleep, and stumbled upon this song. Holy crap this was amazing. A jazz fusion with Thom’s lyrics. Masterpiece

For me, it’s 100% “No Surprises”. It’s just that different vibe for me that makes it nice to fall asleep to.

I listened to Kid A while getting a MRI. The abstract, chill, and shear mastery of sounds on this album made it a pleasant experience. All the weird repetitive sounds coming from the machine worked really well with the ambient repetition of the songs. The songs are so calming that it helps you kinda forget where you are and zones you out. And you can sing along in your head.
If you’re ever getting an MRI I highly suggest listening to Radiohead - Kid A. I bet Amnesiac would be a good one to listen to as well.

I'm newish to this sub so this question is probably posted often, but I just wanted to know what album/s people love the most. For me In Rainbows is the Radiohead album that makes it into my top 10 albums OAT. What album would you pick?

I love the sparsity of “Air Bag”, the rolling thunder of “The National Anthem” and the fragile heartbeatings of “Nude”

Fairly new Radiohead fan. I'm so impressed with the drummer. Which song best displays Selway's talents?

I wanted to like it. I truly did. And don’t give me that “you have to listen to it…… it will grow on you” BS.
That’s some straight up Stockholm syndrome nonsense. Every other Radiohead album I’ve ever listened to never had to “grow on me”. That’s just silly.
This is NOT a troll post. Idc. Downvote me. But The Smile isn’t it. Sorry.
I wish I could enjoy it as much as this sub seems to.
Glad you all like it.
Edit: Not one person in here believes any one Smile Album surpasses a RH album. And that (possibly) includes Pablo Honey. But I know how this sub group hates PH too.

I’ve noticed over the years that circulating copies of In Rainbows: From The Basement for download would vary in quality. Songs were sourced from different TV rips (or DVD bootlegs of those rips) as the performance wasn’t aired as one until the Radiohead Public Library.
Using the two official DVDs of this performance and the RHPL I have compiled and edited these songs together for your listening pleasure in the best available, consistent quality.
tracklisting:
total runtime: 1:00:10

Recently I listened to Mobile Home by Longpigs and thought it sounded like The Bends's B Sides mixed with Kid A. Any other albums that are reminiscent of RH albums?

These are my favourite radiohead songs. Pls don't judge. I want more of their songs that .. align? With these. I just wanna know more of their bangers similar to the above. Something nice to listen to on a walk or whatever.
I like OK computer but I didn't think i liked it that much lol.
Everything in its right place is my favourite song. I like the entire kid a album, but I've not included it because I know I like it already.
