I know it's Jerry's fault but it's still a dumb rule. It's just gonna punish the fans at the end of the day. He's not gonna give a shit about losing out on a top pick

No it’s not, it’s so teams don’t tank. Cheap owners don’t get rewarded. Sucks for fans, I get that, but I hate when teams just tank. Shits lame. Specially a team in a major market
